Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams

Owner & Cheese Connoisseur

Jessica grew up in Southern Oregon, working her way through her teen years, serving breakfast, then coming back to host at night. Along with food, Jessica has a passion for exploration, which first took her to Flagstaff, Arizona to earn degrees in both Accounting and Psychology. Her longing for trees and mountains brought her back to Oregon, landing in Portland to start a career in public accounting. She earned her CPA in 2011, then went straight into combining her true loves: number puzzles, food, and helping others understand the logic and beauty behind those two. When she’s not traveling or hiking through the forest, she’s been running the numbers behind some of the most successful restaurants and bars in Portland since 2012 and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cate is an Oregonian through and through who has spent the majority of her life working in restaurants and hospitality. Although she graduated from Southern Oregon University with a pre-physical therapy degree, the restaurant life ran too strong in her veins. After a brief stint working away from the industry, she came back to the numbers side as she knew she would always have a love for restaurants and food. Outside of work, Cate is likely to be found playing with her dog, hiking, paddle boarding, and enjoying what Oregon has to offer. She is forever looking for the best Negroni and has been known to never to turn down a libation.
